Paul Davis' Lecture really made me think a lot when I went back in August in London! I was browsing about feeling a bit bummed and stuck on where I am really in relation to leaving university and came across this video on vimeo.What he talks about is a funny situation, but it's really interesting to hear of problems that professional designers/artists face and how they go about them.
